Black Tie Spring Wedding at The Arlo

Weddings

Kennedy and Josh hosted a stunning spring wedding at The Arlo in Austin, Texas. The day was nothing short of magical, brimming with personal touches and elegant details that made it truly unforgettable.

Kennedy looked stunning in a dress designed by Truvelle Bridal, exuding timeless grace as she walked down the aisle on The Arlo’s picturesque lawn. Later, she changed into a second dress by Pronovias for the reception, adding a touch of modern sophistication to her look. One of the most unique details was the use of extra fabric from Kennedy’s dress, which her mother ingeniously repurposed as the backing for the table numbers, seating chart, and even our flatlay backdrop to style the rings and invitations on top of.

The event was flawlessly planned by Scarlet Rose Events, who perfectly executed Kennedy and Josh’s vision of a black-tie affair with a classic black and white color scheme. Following the heartfelt ceremony, guests made their way to the front courtyard for an exquisitely designed outdoor cocktail hour. Luxe lounge furniture and delicious drinks set the stage for an evening of celebration and joy.

Inside, the reception featured a custom dance floor where guests danced the night away. Kennedy’s change into her second dress marked the beginning of a night filled with memorable experiences, from cigar hand-rolling to custom live fashion sketches. As a special treat, Austin’s famous Homeslice Pizza was served as a late-night snack, much to the delight of everyone in attendance.

The night concluded with a spectacular exit through a tunnel of cold sparks provided by Big Dog Pyro—a moment captured by my in-house content creator that went viral on social media, capturing the joy and excitement of Kennedy and Josh’s special day.

Don’t miss out on seeing Kennedy and Josh’s chic sailboat engagement session or Kennedy’s artful bridal portraits, which perfectly complement the beauty and elegance of their wedding day.
