Day One: A High-Energy Sangeet at The Eleanor

The three-day celebration of Niranjan and Christine’s multi-cultural wedding, planned by Eclipse Event Co. kicked off with an electrifying Sangeet at The Eleanor, a trendy bar in downtown Austin. The night was a vibrant mix of cultures and festivities, setting the tone for the days to come. The atmosphere was moody and high-energy, almost like stepping into an exclusive club. Guests enjoyed classic Tex-Mex catered by Chuy’s, adding a flavorful twist to the evening. DJ Tej kept the dance floor alive with pulsating beats that had everyone dancing late into the night. For those looking to embrace the Indian tradition, mehndi artists were on hand, adorning guests with intricate henna designs. The blend of music, food, and cultural fusion made the Sangeet a truly unforgettable start to Niranjan and Christine’s wedding celebrations.

Day Two: A Vibrant Hindu Ceremony and Rooftop Dance Party

The second day began with a touching first look between Niranjan and Christine, capturing a heartfelt and emotional moment before the festivities began. The Hindu wedding ceremony was held on the rooftop of The Riley Building in downtown Austin, transformed into a vibrant spectacle with pink and orange draping, disco balls, and colorful floral arrangements. The groom’s Baraat was a highlight, with Austin PD temporarily blocking off 4th Street to allow the joyous procession. Niranjan, atop a white horse, led his family and guests in a spirited celebration down the street. The ceremony itself was a beautiful blend of tradition and modernity, officially uniting Niranjan and Christine. Following the ceremony, guests moved to the lower level of the Riley Building for the reception. The theme was red, with red velvet linens, rose bouquets, and draping creating an opulent atmosphere. After dinner, the rooftop was converted into an afterparty venue where Sway with Pray performed a dance and led guests in a dance lesson, kicking off a night of dancing and celebration.

Day Three: A Heartfelt Western Ceremony and Reception

The final day of celebrations featured a Western wedding ceremony at the family’s private home in the Colorado Foothills neighborhood of Austin. Christine wore a stunning Sophia Tolli dress, perfectly complementing the European-inspired exterior and sprawling gardens of the home. The private setting provided a unique and intimate backdrop for their ceremony, ensuring their photos were one-of-a-kind. After the ceremony, guests were transported to the Hotel Van Zandt in downtown Austin for a cocktail hour and reception. Dressed to impress in black-tie attire, guests enjoyed an evening of elegance and joy. Love and Happiness Band kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long. By this point, I had become familiar with many of the guests, adding a personal touch to capturing their joy and celebration. The culmination of three days of festivities, Niranjan and Christine’s wedding was a beautiful testament to love, culture, and the blending of traditions.
